Making a Big Splash: Kayak Master Tournament on Isla Venado draws 80 anglers to enjoy catch and release fishing via kayak
Puntarenas, April 14 (elmundo.cr) – This weekend, Isla Venado becomes the epicenter of aquatic excitement with the long-awaited Kayak Master Kayak Fishing Tournament, organized by Mundo Kayak.
More than 80 passionate participants have gathered to compete in this event that seeks to not only highlight the skills of kayak anglers, but also promote tourism and investment on the island.
The tournament, which has the support of the Costa Rican Fishing Federation (FECOP), has generated great expectations among sport fishing enthusiasts and kayak lovers. With an incomparable natural environment, crystal clear waters and rich marine diversity, Isla Venado is the ideal setting for this type of competitions.
