January/February, our biggest and busiest fishing season, brought multiple Grand Slams and double digit sailfish on many days, plus a decent amount of blue marlin and a lot of yellowfin tuna. January/February or March/April are really the months you wannt to be fishing offshore in the Jaco/Herradura (Los Sueños) area. This action follows us into March/April when the marlin bite will start to pick up. But all the while there is still the possibility of double digit sailfish. I am predicting a very fruitful next couple of months.
